The theoretical maximum would be 4 hand jobs at once. Supposing one BJ and 4 HJs, and a generous 10 minutes per batch, you could, in theory, get up to 720 in 24 hour period. To get to 1000, you'd need to complete your batches in 7 minutes or less.
