I am in a similar position. I work in applications and our company has migrated everything to Microsoft over the last years. It's really disheartening especially because their solutions are usually worse than the ones they replaced.

Also, Microsoft sales is really thick with our bosses and they're constantly pushing us to evangelise their stuff. Using consultants trying to teach us "user adoption". Especially now that they're pushing all their co-pilot crap.

I don't want to do this because their solutions are crap and besides that I feel the users should decide which features they use and which they don't.
