Finally have something to add again. Been on the chicken curries and spaghetti bolognese trains lately, so jot much to talk about.

But today I made Lamb and Chicken Koftas, (first time), with a secret sauce. Recipetineats recipe, with a few changes. Same again tomorrow night might try snap a picture then.
