Who is, just ban him. Then learn to say things in a way you can't be convicted for.
in reality it doesn't fucking matter how you say them, if you're in america and they decide they don't like what you said then you can be kidnapped without trial.
We are rather well vulnerable in multiple ways. Still if you say something wrong you could end up with the federal case over it. And they are looking to make examples of people as such as well.
