Forty was fine. I didn't feel old at all and was in a decent place mentally. I'm now 49, and I have a feeling 50 is going to be somewhat jarring. It just feels undeniably mature.
It really depends on your physical fitness level going into your 40s. That's the main reason I work out, so getting old sucks less.
I'm mid forties now and I'm preparing for battle
How are you knees holding up?
I have to workout so much just to feel normal
