If you're on Firefox, download a user agent plug in and change your your browser to say it's a tablet or windows pc. Problem solved. I already do this when their page locking pop-up started bothering me lol
If you're on Android then use the Nora app from F-droid.
If you've got a home server then self-host Redlib. I run this through Gluetun VPN and it has the added benefit of not needing age verification and imgur working properly.
