This may not be reversible, some things he does especially involving painting granite, like the OEOB proposal, are not really fixable. So this thing is now coated forever unless it's torn up and replaced, and the coating will break down within years I'm sure.

At the very least, this isn't an old/historic pool, the old one was ripped up entirely in 2010 and remade with new concrete.

So if he ruins it, it'll cost a bit to fix but it's not ruining a historical artifact.
