Not a voter for either party, but the only coherent answer to this is the national strategic petroleum reserve - we have chronically failed to meet our obligation of 90-days as part of our agreement with the International Energy Agency.
This is not a new failing that can be solely blamed on Labor, we have failed to meet this target for over a decade (basically since 2012) - the entire previous Turnbull/Abbot/Morrison shit-show should shoulder a good chunk of the blame for letting it get so low under their watch.
