Nah, completely depends on how you interact

A friendly 'hi, I'm anon, nice to meet you' without any weird stares and so on should never be met with such a reaction
Else it's better the other one left anyway, because it seems he/her has some problems and you dodged a bullet.

It's usually about just staying friendly and not trying to sexualise things from the start, because the head is already further than the situation is
