I checked the wiki's settlement attack page and saw gunners, super mutants, et cetera, but not BOS. But the weird thing is that I've experienced a BOS raid in my Red Rocket Nuka World settlement and my settler said "The BOS will have to think twice about attacking us!" or something like that. I didn't have any mod installed that altered settlement attacks so I was confused when I saw nothing listed. Anyone else experience a BOS raid after becoming their enemy? I chose Minutemen btw, not sure if that changed anything

You could get Power Armor To The People and Bastion, build a bunch of Gunner cages and get them full, and maybe you'd get some armored up Gunners in raids? I haven't tried this, but it might work. I know having those cages and having them full will attract more raids, though.

PATTP makes more enemies spawn with power armor, with tons of built-in patches for other custom PA mods and unique pieces.

Bastion overhauls the power armor system to make it truly tanky, stopping more damage unless/until a piece breaks, and stops radiation completely if you're wearing a full set (as it's "sealed"). All the changes apply to NPCs as well.

I wish I could but Power Armor to the People makes my game crash on launch since I think it's incompatible with either MNO (completely replaces the Minutemen with the NCR) or Return to Roots (BOS Overhaul, makes them all wear T45 and T51)
