There's no ratcheting.

Democrats are not home homogeneous group.

The same progressive Democrats that wanted Medicare for all years ago still do today.

And the same corporate dams like buttegig, who thinks there should be a public option or other stupid fucking ideas still have their stupid fucking ideas.
