Damn girl that dress looks like it was made for you. I still haven't tried one because I'm terrified of the fit being bad and hitting a dysphoria spiral bit I keep looking at them in shops. One day soon.
But I have now bought 3 skirts and I love them all. I also bought some really cute femme linen trousers, they have a shape that is totally different to any "for men" trousers I've ever owned and they make me feel cute as hell.
Hell yeah! You may think this dress is made for me. But ill let you in on a little secret, i barely fit this dress comfortably, and if i gain any more weight than what i have now, it will not fit.
Lol i do love this dress though. Its what made me realize that the all black goth punk look i always thought i liked was just me dressing dark to disappear, turns out im a light color nature theme cabin in the woods gal ๐ i love it, just unexpected
Try not to think too hard about it, just send it! If you think too hard and stare at yourself in the mirror i guarantee youll find something you hate that noone else will notice. We all do it. I do it with my shoulders and chin alot, i just try not to dwell on it.
Also, thrift stores! Thats where you can get cheap dresses in different cuts and fits and find what you like! If anything doesnt fit, or you dont like the way it looks, just re donate it! (Obviously if youre in the financial position to do so) ive actually done that with entire hauls before. Ill get them all thrift, get home to try on (cause not completely public yet) decide i hate them all and re donate them ๐
Whatever you do, youll rock it!
Fuck yeah that was actually the confidence boost I needed right now. Thank you.
Yay im glad i could help. No need for thanks, i love helping people and lifting them up, is just who i am โค๏ธ

Great advice tbh. "dressing dark to disappear" is on point.
