Well, one can dream. Since it’s hentai and real futanaris are thing in hentai, it could be possible. We haven’t seen them naked in the meme
Incest isn't forbidden for risk of child alone, but also mental and social impacts, iirc.
It's basically impossible for humans to reproduce with their clone, so the hangup isn't biological at all. In that case, selfcest is better than incest because there are no relationship and familial dynamics to cause problems. So long as both versions are consenting adults, it's less problematic than incest.
