Can't even tell if he's just sticking to the "this was a victory even though everything is worse" narrative or if the dementia has him believing it.
It was a huge victory for the people with inside information that knew exactly when to pump and dump the stock market
He has also surrounded himself with yes men. I'm sure the dementia keeps him from questioning whatever bullshit they feed him.
