Right, because the people of California were the ones clamoring for a war in the middle east.
6M Californians voted for him.

Oh, you're right, it was actually 57% of registered voters in California that refused to vote against him and vote for Kamala.
Just because you live in a system doesn't mean that voting absolves you of all blame for the current crisis. You still live in the US and you still indirectly support American foreign policy. You still live in a world that is crumbling because authoritarians are bullying the civilians of the world.
Americans having to pay a fraction of what Europeans or the global south has to pay for gas is completely fair. The US started this war. The war has not ended yet.
At the very least, the 57% of you who encouraged this behavior might change their mind after this pain.
There is too much apathy in the US. You can't just live in a bubble and pretend everything will be OK while World War 3 is starting.
And yet none of it went towards electing Trump.
Most didn’t.
Most didn't vote for Kamala either
70% of registered votes showed up in CA. The basically voted 60 / 40 in favor of Harris.
60% of 70% is only 42%. So the other 58% spoiled their vote or outright support Trump.
So fuck everyone else that didn't, according to you? The vast majority can get fucked? How nice of you.
Until the people of the US do something about your tyrannical government, I think the rest of the world is going to make snide comments and tar you all with the same brush. Let's be honest, it doesn't matter who youve voted for, the US consistently will start wars.
It sucks but at least you guys arent the ones being bombed.
The US has a lot of blame for these wars, certainly, I'm on the same page, but historically, the US was not there alone. So when you point the finger and say the US and its citizens need to do something, remember that you could also be pressuring your own government to stand up for what's right, in a world full of Kier Starmer, be a Pedro Sanchez.
You and I are of the same mind, we are better together than fighting each other.
I volunteer Utah to be bombed, actually that'd be an improvement if they were.
