Are there a lot of cinematics and cutscenes? I tried forza horizon as i think ot was the most popular game at the time and i just wanted to get up and walk away from the computer every time theres like a 30 second cutscene explaining the story and i just wanna drive the damn car in a race!
There isn't any real story beyond "you're starting a race team, good luck" - it's completely focused on gameplay. The only "cutscenes" in the game are short videos explaining certain event types but they only show up once or can be skipped (24H Le Mans).
I'm playing FH4 atm and I feel that! The combination of NPCs always talking, the UI being locked while they do and the fact you can't lower the speech volume below 1/10 is pretty fucking annoying.
I think FH5 was a bit better in that regard but it's been a while so I may be mis-remembering.
