The current PM said this . It was right after he took office and there is a video of it. And he said something like "now don't make us burn the WH down, ...again (smiles smuggly).

I believe it was in response to Trump's threats about annexing Canada.

I also am pretty sure there was a red curtain background. If that helps anyone find the clip.
