Only in Mississauga I find this disgusting behaviour.

Why are people just openly littering. It never used to be like this. What happened ?

Oh, so these are repeat customers deciding to toss their trash at the very place they got it from last time? Insult to injury!

And yeah, I've never seen garbage bins at a drive thru. Throw your shit away when you get home, people!

A lot of ours have them as you pull up to drive through so you can make room for your order. This seems like manager didn't want to pay for another worker to monitor outside bins, so now the manager is forced to have a person cleanup each shift.
