Putin is suddenly back in a shiny modern Moscow, clean, orderly, everyone is happy. He goes to a bar and orders a vodka then asks the barman how things are going since the end of the Ukrainian war. The barman says that things are great, the country is once again a leading world power, their military is highly respected and the economy is the strongest it's ever been! Putin thinks that this is great and asks how much for the drink. The answer? Three hryvnia.
