I was going to say people of low intelligence and no regard for others, but that's much shorter.
We can go longer: People who despise the entire point of communicating and language and better off just grunting like a caveperson
They dont despise it, they only use it to inflate their ego. They see communication as a tool to build themselves up. They literally never consider others around them. I call it main character syndrome because they treat everyone like NPCs.
