If you finally do manage to select the correct link, all you get is a notice that their servers are down. Oh, and on top of that, to attend an event, they ask all these super irrelevant and invasive questions: your age, gender, highest level of education. Sonic's complaint form has the "go back" and "submit" buttons reversed from typical so people accidentally delete their complaint and have to decide whether to fill the form out again or just forget it.
