Guess I need a down vote then!

And also, I need to return to the game.

I sucked at it when I played so now I need to relearn everything... 😅

My favorite classes were Arcane Blade and Temporal Warden. Which from what I remember, at least the second, was quite easier to play than many others.

Well that depends on a lot of factors. One of them being the distance of dick to floor of every one they would jerk. Call that D2F.

Hopefully they thought of it.

Great job to all volunteers who organized and participated in this initiative. And also, a big thank you to Myrient for having had so many games preserved all this time and for giving the community a chance to prepare for a time when it will no longer be around.

I just noticed this post of yours from 18h ago so I guess that's related.

Like I said I don't really have any kind of special access here except suggest maybe to try to check from a different browser or clear cache, or different application, in the event the problem is local, related to some software you are using and not a problem with the account.

I don't have any kind of authority or special access here but "I need help", or "it doesn't work", or "there's an error" are usually useless pieces of information if not followed by details about what you need help with, what the error is, what your specs are, what were you trying to do..

The best a person with good intentions can do after your inquiry is ask "What do you need help with?" and maybe post a link to some FAQ.

Do yourself and others a favor and help others help you by giving more information about what you need help with.

Didn't they add copilot to notepad, to the file Explorer, to windows I assume as a non removable service (internet explorer anyone?), and to who knows how many more places?

Whatever metrics they claim to have are for sure not inflated. /s

If people are indeed using copilot a lot then great: good for you, please shut up, you don't need me on-board.

As far as I am aware, most people are indeed born on January first.

Good write up. I agree with several points

And it pains me too that everything is damn electron. Can we please go back to writing stuff that doesn't require that?

I don't mind an old style interface. Hell, in many cases I'll welcome it with open arms. Modern UI is not necessarily better. Both tech wise and also style wise.

You purchase the book written 30 years ago. It still is as it was 30 years ago. The writer is dead.

Tomorrow Amazon decides some terms don't conform to today's society and changes the book you already purchased, changes the text. Without the writer's or anyone else's permission. Maybe even if the writer is not dead, who knows.

If you had bought a device you control or the physical book, you'd have kept the original thing you purchased.

The day after Trump has a Trump moment and decides you should only read the Bible. Amazon removes the book from your device. Maybe you're refunded, maybe not, but you have no book.

You cannot read books from open formats with it but only Kindle's. Possibly you cannot add books to it, only read books purchased from Amazon (I think they still allow you to add books via USB but maybe tomorrow you have a "surprise firmware update").

Disclaimer : I don't know your device, your habits, your values, or how to jailbreak it. I'm not telling you you should jailbreak it.

I'm giving you arguments for, from now on, try to purchase things that don't lock you in, that give you as much control as possible, and if you have no such choice, try to limit their ability to control you and / or minimize your risk of losses however you can.

This one hits hard for me. I too, watched many of his content. I partially watched his last stream. Little did I know it would be the last.

You are loved.

Another reminder that if enacted, in practice this is not only for Europeans.

If games have to be reasonably playable in Europe then they will be reasonably playable everywhere.

This benefits all consumers one way or another.

More importantly though, for everything, like the comment I'm replying to mentions: If you buy something you should own it.
