I posted the article because I thought some might find it interesting, I don't agree with the contents in the article myself. I agree with your take. But I think it's important to at least read what ideas are being put forward and to drive duscussion.
Also, not driving. Something like 30%+ of microplastics are from car tyres.
I don't necessary agree with the article, I just thought it was interesting enough to post, even if easily refuted.
