that the process had since been changed so applications would be available to the whole faculty.
That's a pretty cool way of doing it.

Yep. I think it explains the popularity of HLL, reforger, and the increasing amount of those titles. Keyboard dexterity gets you no where if you can't think or communicate. Like in real life, the loser is more often outsmarted than anything else.
I lived in Chamonix for a while and am back visiting friends after Italy, literally this Wednesday (woo!)
It's not "condescending", they just don't lie. They straight up tell you if you're being an arse, if they're not interested, if you said something stupid, or if you're not respecting others. The French will immediately let you know if you have food stuck between your teeth so you don't go around looking like an idiot for the next hour. They will give $5 for your five dollar words that you think are worth twenty.
It's refreshing being around people that don't lie for the sake of self-centred people with large, fragile egos, so you can see why some Americans really struggle suddenly being put in front of the French mirror.
Many cultures are like this around the world, though. It's more normal than not and the French don't exactly lean into it heavy either.
Kind of a feature these days. Shit amp distribution. They just cook a pin and woof! Plenty of tests showing it and plenty of dead 5090s every other day.
Not a smart card to buy unless you triple check connections and aren't gonna touch it. But even then, too risky for me. Especially at the ludicrous price.
Old.
The new ones, I wouldn't even call military or war games. They're like Overwatch with things based on real life objects. Basically it's about how good you are at performing a gymnastics routine in a firefight. Slides, spins, dives, rolls, have a pretty outfit, performing in this cute battle theme arena. Nothing really at all to do with being called for any sort of military duty.
It's just the Americans and, as usual with these things, it's for no reason apart from falling for propaganda, with a dash of white suoremecy too, of course. The rest of us know the only reason the US exists is because you carried them to independence. You're all friendly, cool, and riot like demons.
No, it's definitely always the opposite. You're actually world class at it. Like, #1 at it for 164 years. Can't really think of a time a genuine traitor was anything but rewarded or pardoned, come to think of it. It's like your thing. Every country's got one, but giving traitors a leg up is definitely all-American.
Despite asking for the Irish embassy to provide support, UK ‘terror’ police did not even contact the embassy.
So just disregarding the Belfast Agreement then? UK detaining the peaceful Irish is how you awaken the less peaceful Irish.
By all means, have concerns, but don't throw the past out the window attempting to prove a silly point.
And people
Often it occurs because the speed is poorly done. Engineers will come out and review road shape, surrounds, etc. and agree to new limits if it's clear drivers are, on average, using the road at the speed anyway.
But that's a big difference from a culture of people just speeding everywhere.
"How'd they die?"
"Injested a large quantity of coin batteries and corn kernels."
"Why on Earth would anyone do that?"
Eeeeh. There's this academic freedom shit. Basically exists to have free questioning of everything. Obviously people use it to protect personal opinions, but a 'race realist' would, assumably, be more about discerning different racial traits, not rank.
But, yeah, considering how much of what he was saying was social, without any sociology considerations, "racist" seems about right.
