If he’s US based it’s very illegal. DDOSing can carry a prison sentence of up to 10 years. His hosting provider already took it down, and I’m pretty sure they’re obligated to report criminal activity on their networks, so this guy is probably fucked.

Weird how often I see this take. Narcissism is really Narcissistic Personality Disorder, and it is possible for someone with NPD to recognize they have it and want to change. Not super common, but it is possible.

Asphalt is laid somewhere around 300F, so if it truly got twice as hot it would melt the road and everyone’s tires.
Even with accelerators it still needs a few days (usually about a week) to harden to 80% strength, and it will never be quite as strong as it would be without an accelerator.
I think that’s part of the reason we don’t use concrete pavement more often. It certainly lasts a lot longer, but laying it is way more time consuming. Asphalt is ready to go within a day, just needs to cool off.

It’s the same as with the sugar, you need a lot of it to make much of a difference. Unless it’s reinforced concrete, then the salt in the water will corrode the steel rebar and that will definitely cause cracking.
