A full reverse sear, nice. I think leaving it unconvered overnight is a bit much, as it will form a pellicle, a tacky outer layer. This is good for smoking, but pretty overkill for an everyday steak. Kenji does go hard though.

Honestly just salting, adding to a 250f oven/toaster oven for 20-25 min, then finishing off in a pan for less than a minute on each side is excellent, and doesnt involve waiting a day.

I bet all of the trump docs are not in it.

Crowdsec is absolutetly the way to go. Just be aware you need the engine and what they call a "bouncer" both running, but they have easy instructions about how to install both.

You could also just buy a simple physical asset, like gold or silver.

I randomly kept my orange box case as a memento and found it recently. Lets find out if i can mod the steam machine to fit inside of it.

Him brashly showing naked pictures of her to people in front of her was sexual assault, meant to damage her mind/emotions/social connections.

Why are you only interested in the damage done to his body, and not the damage done to her life?

Why is her "option of last resort" use of violence not okay when ever other attempt failed to protect her? How else can she protect herself when literally everyone else refused to?

Media files can can benefit from a codec change. Going from h264 to h265/hevc can net a 30-50% reduction in size for almost no quality loss.

The only trade off is increased cpu usage if the client doesnt have hardware h265 support and the time to do the transcoding.

Yes. The sunday "after church" brunch is considered the worst possible shift in any resturant open for it.

Tends towards self righteous and demanding people who enjoy flaunting status and casting judgement. It also runs older, and older people tend to tip what they tipped in the past, and not keep up with inflation.

$2 might have been nice in 1988, but it isnt going far in 2025.

A coffee pot doesnt get quite hot enough for black tea, but its pretty close. 195 instead of the 208 range. Likely work well enough.

Tea keeps great in a thermos. I used a zojirushi for years and it often would still be piping hot after hours. Ive had good luck with yetis as well.

I highly recommend the tea, honestly. I switched from coffee to tea for years. The caffeine buzz was smoother and lighter, but still satisfying. Issues with dairy are the only reason I switched back to coffee. Oatmilk works a lot better in coffee than tea.

i'd recommed Sansbury red if you're making the switch. Its a strong, very flavorful english breakfast. Tetleys or PG tips is also solid, and a bit easier to get in the states. Not as good, but still pretty good.

A good "always on" boiler is also a great tea investment. The insulated ones use very little power and keep water at boiling all day so you can make an instant cup.
