We're already past that point, we're now at "cram copilot into everything, even if it makes no sense."

Do you think he would really inspire any kind of loyal following? Feels similar to how they tried to really the troops around Desantis in Trump's absence, shortly before they all started to cannibalize and make fun of him too

company doctors

Never heard of this outside of medical facilities. I don't know how it could possibly be cost effective to employ a doctor because management thinks people are out sick too much---fire the fucking manager that can't keep the office staffed.

Doing very low carb had given me huge energy boots

Whhaaat---you got energy boots? All I rolled was high uric acid.

Serious though, I felt like my gas tank would empty a lot quicker. I always hoped it would give me that kind of boost, but the closest I got was a tangential motivational boost from dropping pesky weight that I had trouble dropping otherwise--the flirt with gout (with what I was eating, anyway) did happen though.

Just bare naked ball-washing:

[Trump] has proven himself to be the only figure in modern history capable of reversing our nation’s decay and restoring America to greatness, and he must be given the time necessary to accomplish that goal

At this rate, someone's going to have to blow him on the House floor to prove they're the most loyal mutt.

Same, I saw the still image and thought, "oh this is like where they grab a still of them waving then are like 'look! Obama doing the Nazi salute!'"

Nope. Video was one of the most emphatic Nazi salutes I've ever seen. Twice!

If anything, this is how the Internet used to be: there is a small technical barrier to entry, but if you can't be bothered to learn you'll struggle.
