I used to go to this diner in nowhere PA that made a scromlet! Theirs was hashbrowns with eggs, peppers, onions, etc, and cheese on top! It was a small place, but the scromlet and fresh OJ was great!

You might check docker swag. It's got built in certbot client and has preconfigured support for a couple hundred common self-hosted services.
