My #Garmin watch has been pushing up my auto-detected maximum heart rate for months now. in c/running@lemmy.world

@abnv @running @garmin had the same issue. Garmin went up to 210 and more. At some point I set it manually… maybe I am just too unfit and that fucks up the algorithm
