That is so cool. I want one!

That's madness! My bike has a hub dynamo - if I ride it in Belgium will I be deported?
They shouldn't get to claim Englishness for their own politics without a challenge.
YUNOhost FTW!
I would never have gotten into self-hosting without it.
You'll just get used to it over time. Think of it as spatial rather than numeric.
It's actually easier on the brain in my opinion.
Faircamp is a great option for hosting yourself and Bandwagon is also federated. Both are free and open source and both have 'label' functionality, which means that a single computer-person can host many artists, in the same way as any other online music platform does but without the exploitation and cultural degradation.
In fact, if any other musicians reading this want to form a cooperative and share hosting and maintenance costs and desicion-making let me know. I've already been through the setup process myself with Faircamp. It would be cheap and have the same functionality as Bandcamp.
I think it's both. For example if you personally bought a piece of agricultural land and applied for planning to build a home on it yourself, you'd almost certainly be rejected.
Despite what you might hear there is still plenty of space though: Buildings cover less of Britain than the land revealed when the tide goes out.
People just don't want any of you to have somewhere to live on it.
I really hope we can stay motivated to mitigate this.
Funny that they have option not to really.
Communities feel powerless because the law gives betting firms the upper hand.
One could say that the odds are stacked against them.
Sounds like what's known as 'bolting', which you normally see in annual vegetables. Plants rush to complete their business because they suspect they might die early.
I've been using YUNOhost for the last 3 years and it's been great. I had no prior experience and would have had no chance of self-hosting without it.
