american here. people always say “communism doesn’t work.” but it’s never been tried without US interference afaik. capitalism isn’t working too good for us over here rn, either.

not gonna change your mind, you’re right.
definitely not an expert but i believe they’re allowed a trial and can apply for asylum if they’re scared to go back to their country. at guantanamo i do not believe they have that right.
doubt it he is also sanctioning the ICC.
