Technically, this is daylight savings time ending, so this is changing the clock back to the normal time zone. But yes, they should probably stop it

Wow, you really like arguing, don't you?

Sorry if i wasn't very clear when I was kind of rapidly typing. To elaborate even by late October it's still dark by like 7 And that's with daylight savings time still in effect. If daylight savings time were still in effect in the winter, then by late December The sun wouldn't be up until nine o'clock. That sucks

Seven in particular is a touchstone because that's when a lot of people are up going to or getting ready for work and it's when kids are often going to school and waiting for the bus.

Sure, there are places in more northern latitudes that have to deal with these compromises, but it's a silly compromise to make when it's artificially made.

Better to let end daylight savings one final time and leave it ended

3pm caffeine is fine for me that's usually when I have a third cup, but 5pm+ I am done.

I used to be able to have coffee whenever and it not be an issue but age has a way of changing you

It doesnt make any sense to keep DST permanent there's no pluses.

a) It will be still dark at 7am for large chunks of the year this sucks. b)You get one final shitty spring forwards, but lose out of the pleasure of one last fall back.

Yeah. It ending is a nice little treat I dont mind because Im able to sleep in and I get to be like "oh wow it feels so much later but it's only 5 we have so much time!" for a few days until I adjust, but losing an hour in the spring can go to hell.

We dont even get anything out of it. Towards the end of daylight savings in october it's actually darker in the mornings when you wake up which sucks cause it switches off just in time for it to also get darker earlier due to winter. Whats the pro of springing forwards? The sun fully sets at 9 instead of 8 in the summer? Admittedly I do love long summer days, but if lets be real that tradeoff is minimal(and kinda annoying if you have young kids).

Theres like a 2 week period in spring where its like "oh neat the sun is still up" in the evening. The whole thing is dumb.

Calaries in and calories out can be a useful tool, but it isn't a silver bullet. I also think that it's important for people to remember when setting a caloric goal that they need to be realistic in the amount of weight that they're going to lose per month.

It's also important to remember that what a healthy weight and size is is bigger than what the media often portrays it to be. Both the social and television. When all he needs to look at all those tabloid pictures of celebrity women sitting down in swimsuits while they're going, "Whoa! Look how fat this person is now!Are they gregnant?" . The reality is that individual may still be relatively skinny. It's just the pose therein. The angle that the camera is taking it and the lighting are just revealing A normal human body With organs.

Obviously there does come a point where someone is a little too big. This is true. But that line is more variable health-wise than a lot of people think.

I heard a theory one time that this is the reason why so many Americans consider foods like Taco Bell or just Mexican food in general to be immediate causes of diarrhea.

These people's diets are so starved of any sort of fiber that just the small amount of bean in the burritos they eat at in these restaurants and lettuce in their tacos is enough to cause their entire digestive system to just panic and evacuate.

Don't have a lot of faith in Skydance's ability to produce a good Star Trek moving forwards.

I wouldn't expect them to do a terrible amount of micromanaging on this show, but I could definitely see them hiring showrunners and creatives that are meant to appeal to a conservative demographic.
