Yes, that is how rockets get to space, for example. Earth's atmo is ~21% Oxygen. So that is giving flames a boost. Careful not conflate "burn" with the presence of flames. In a vacuum, the flame could only exist briefly because there isnt the available Oxygen from the air. The reaction will (or might?) still happen, but without the oxygen to produce a flame.
BTW, this has been studied in microgravity aboard the ISS.

I am not here for an endless flood of negativity and doomerism. When I see it, I block what I think is necessary. I use keyword filters, user blocks, community blocks or occasionally the entire instance.
I know it is hard to imagine other people with lives different than yours, but do try. It might help you understand why they might make choices different from yours.
Making public statements supporting political assassination is frowned on at most places I've worked. That seems reasonable to me for highly paid jobs at a high-profile firm.
