What‘s your ideology, goat?
doben
Oh, suddenly you don't care? The only thing, that doesn't make sense then, is you commenting at all. Curiously you do, tho — with vibes-based political commentary. If you're really so apathetic, may I suggest to you to stfu.
What I got from your form of verbal maneuvering (lol), tho, is that you are not only apathetic, but also ignorant.
That's all very vague. Be more explicit. Many argue many things.
What is the ideology you're hinting at? Communism? What is the body count of communism? Where do you think you've got that that narrative from?
To round out the picture, and because body count seems so decisive, we should include capitalism, right — as fascism, many argue, is a neccessary consequence of imperial capitalism protecting itself in crisis and it's our current economic ideology and therefore an ongoing, systematic phenomenon?
What's the body count of capitalism?
Many would argue we currently live by an ideology with a body count of double digit millions of excess deaths annually, through poverty & hunger, healthcare inequality, workplace deaths & diseases, environmental & climate deaths, structural violence, and of course war & imperial violence.
Not the same thing. Equating the far left and the far right is nonsensical, as horseshoe theory isn’t a real thing. Giving room for such thought only strengthens extreme right positions and is exclusively used to either distract from or downplay far right commentary or elevate liberal/centrist thought as the only acceptable path. It’s interestingly never used by people from the far left themselves.
Your’s either an ignorant take or one with an agenda, which is it?
The main difference is that fascism and racism are fundamentally destructive ideologies/traits, while tankie is just a derogatory term for folks on the far left used by people that think extreme left and extreme right are the same kind if evil. It’s a display of arrogant ignorance, congratulations.
Careful with these kind of bias or fact checkers, as they're only relevant on the left/center/right axis, which is a biased framework in and of itself. A centered position, which these checkers claim to be the least biased, are absolutely dependant on the Overton window and that window is currently so far off to the right, that any slightly leftist position might seem radical or even unthinkable.
It also only makes sense, if you are some kind of hyper centrist, absolutely ignoring what "right" and "left" actually mean and then proclaim that the center is a good thing and any extreme perspective off from the center is a bad thing. That's either willfully ignorant or a right-wing perspective trying to appease to unpolitical people.
This fact checker also proclaims mixed factual reporting in their summary, but in the segment it says "Failed Fact Checks: None in the Last 5 years". This is dumb and misleading.
One can see this kind of bias by them branding "concern for climate change, and racial-social equality" as far-left perspectives, while a sane person would see these things as the fucking bare minimum. Everything less than that is de facto regressive and right-wing.
Interfering by supporting progressive currents would only stabilize the system. But the plan is to destabilize the world hegemon, the US, in order to establish multipolarity instead of unipolarity. Conservative policies will destabilize the system because of their regressive nature and therefore enable the deconstruction of the world’s hyper-aggressive US dictatorship.
Not that I support any specific thing or country, but that’s my attempt of an explanation. Don’t shoot me.
Holy disinformation, dude, wtf!
Being pro-fascism is also anticapitalist
The opposite is true: fascist regimes worked hand-in-hand with big business. Many companies thrived under fascism, like IBM making the Holocaust more efficient, Mercedes-Benz used over 30,000 forced laborers in their factories, and major corporations like Ford, GM, and IG Farben made massive profits from Nazi war production. Rather than destroying capitalism, fascist "corporatism" actually destroyed labor unions while preserving private property and business profits. Fascist economic programs "favored the wealthy far more than the middle class and working class" — their anti-capitalist rhetoric was just propaganda to win support, not actual policy. The reality is that fascism represents capitalism's authoritarian mode during crisis, not its replacement.
And that’s not even the kind of critical analysis a socialist would put forward.
Here’s a long-winded diatribe just for you. I hope your attention span will manage.
with each and every person
Everyone … in this thread, in which you inserted yourself? Bohoo. After I was offline for a couple of hours, iiiimagiiine that!
All you managed until now is complain and showcase your self-proclaimed lack of imagination.
Figure this: You’ve got no devotion, imagination for other perspectives, because all you do is consume western viewpoints in the few hours of each day, in which you are free not to fight for your existence. But imagine that, there‘s a whole world out there, and there do exist diverging opinions. I know, it‘s hard when you‘re trapped in capitalist realism (there‘s a book on that, a suggestion).
And you use the time to hang out with fascists and wanna-be fascists, ranting about a perceived enemy, the authoritarian left. Dude, you’re off the deep end.
Btw, which country am I devoted to, please tell me! China? Because I don’t put up with goat’s bullshit? You might just be an idiot.
Authoritarian opinions are not worthy of being discussed. Just like I don't give two fucks what a Nazi says, I also give no fucks what authoritarians say.
That’s an unworthwhile authoritarian opinion.
So you’re of the enlightened centrist kind of flavor, equating nazism or fascism with communism, believing in horse shoe theory, fearing anything too far off of status quo?
What’s your idea how fascism rises? What is your utopia? Why are you participating in a community based on gossip, propaganda and on hate towards an outgroup? Where is your engagement against right wing extremism? Or is it the left in particular and your commentary about nazis was merely lip service?
How many months old does my account have to be, before you stop talking like a conspiracy theorist?
And why do you think “If you like them so much, why don’t you go live there?” is in any way some kind of clever stance? Don’t you like dissenting opinions? You want them gone?
It’s true, that quite a few comments are here, it’s because you’re all such a reasonable bunch of nice folks. I want to know what makes you tick — it’s a bleak picture, tho.
Focus on the substance, here's the evidence laid bare: Geopolitical Economy Report. Stop acting reflexively ignorant.
