Finally watched the first preseason game and Cootes did look great. Willander is may need more AHL.

Garland actually has some new moves this year. I don't recall him doing "put his head down and power move towards the goalie " as much last year. Maybe just preseason so no one checks as hard.

Hope (or maybe not) the goalie they played is AHL and not the backup goalie. Or else Wolf's contract looks like a a steal cause he needs to play every night.
