Credit where it's due. This is the same author of the post here- https://lemmy.world/post/39592084 where a few of us questioned what real concrete steps could be taken that they want to better the city.

Somehow this was never posted. Go X! Carroll voted Big East player of the week following this too.

IMHO this is just sour grapes.

No one is going to pay attention to you if you don't tell them what you want by voting and by and large young people do not vote. Even if they did, the desires of one small subset of the population are not going to overwhelm all the other groups.

I'd be real curious to hear the author's opinion on what should be done. Pithy phrases like "accountability" and such without any concrete ideas ring hollow.

I've ate at 3 and loved each so time to cross off the 4th at some point.

  • Jeff Ruby's Steakhouse downtown
  • Jeff Ruby's Precinct
  • Sotto
  • Pepp and Dolores

TLDR- Flight Club in the old Saks building. Looks pretty neat.

Cyclones are also in town if that suits your fancy.

Agreed. I think you can have input on the public money and such being needed but I don't know where they are going with all this sun and view nonsense.

I have not had a bad meal ever at Allez Cafe. They do what they do super well.

I mean, ideally. There are a ton of things we can do to actually improve the lives of citizens before building a billionaire's playground.

I agree. I didn't get a chance to make it down but the photos make it seem like a good enough time to go down for a day. And yes, only once every 2-3 years would be more than enough I think.

Dollars to doughnuts he didn't mention the white guy threatening to kill 30k people in Cincy though.

“Cincinnatians do not need a lecture on law and order from someone who supports President Trump’s continued coverup of the Epstein files and who excused the pardoning of the violent January 6 rioters,” the party added.

Amen.

It's a magnificent building.

I mean, your butt sounds more intelligent than a lot of decisions made in the past 3/4 of a century..

Big agree. And I'm not surprised- the quality of many stops are pretty insufficient for the purpose IMO.
