Because fuck Google and all these companies that profit on our personal data. They claim it is so they can better serve us but we are the slaves. Soon there will be matrix style jobs where yhe working class can trade their life to power the next gen AI for the elite class that the wealth gap has cultivated. They make things easy but it is time to do things the hard way. Digital revultion is upon us. Help those less capable to move off of the prying eyes of FAANG

Words can entshitify? Ahhhh. Everything given enough time will gravitate to its natural state of sucking ass. It's the you didn't die when you were the hero scenario all the way down.

The danger of poorly configuring your XF86Config in a way that could irreparably damage your giant CRT monitor was thrilling.

I totally forgot about the shift to modules. What an upgrade!

Google lost its way years ago. This is just the continued downward spiral.

Companies should be required to delete your data if you don't do business with them after a certain amount of time.

What is the support you are looking for? I'm probably missing how people use things like tmux and screen nowadays but I just reattach and navigate the tabs in the TUI. Are you looking for GUI integration?

Interesting but my assumption is something like Waybar or any of the numerous other bar specific applications are going to have more options and configurability.

If you run a matrix server and haven't yet heard of or moved to spantaleev's matrix-docker-ansible-deploy do yourself a favor and take the plunge. I switched after running matrix with a few bridges for years and wow what a time saver!
