In a surprise to no-one, that's Caroline Street (aka Chippy Lane) in Cardiff.

I watched Starve Acre earlier this week. Really enjoyed it. Read a couple of reviews after that bemoaned the relative lack of scares, but it's pretty faithful to the book and has good atmosphere.

It's the OST - really nice edition.
