That's more attributable to the aggressive fuckwits who tend to those dog races when they get a dog, not to the dog races by themselves. If you get yourself a pitbull and treat and train him to be a little princess who likes cuddles, you will get a little princess who likes cuddles. Aggressive dogs are 95% owner, 5% dog if we talk about pets and not feral dogs.

I must say, i'm not that much into narrative visual novels, because i have the need to be active while playing. Dispatch found the sweet spot for me - the story and voice acting are great, and the minigames keep me busy enough so i don't feel like a passive spectator. I really liked this one, and the backstory of the studio that nearly went bankrupt before coming to their well deserved fame makes it even better.
Nah, you forgot all the Jan 6 traitors that he released from prison.
Tell that to anyone needing a large amount of storage that is instantly available; the newest HDDs with 30TB storage hit the central European market this July. Remarkably, the best value offering is a 28TB HDD @ 14,25€ / TB.
You can also do fun stuff like make a button autofire when doublepressing and holding it, or configure a incomplete push of the trigger to aim down gunsights and fire when completing the push, while directly doing a full push skips the aiming and hip-fires. Or activate the gyro while holding the left trigger and touching the right analog stick (which has a touch sensor!) for looking down the sights and gyro-aiming. Or completely change all mappings after pressing a button (for example when the button changes into a menu which needs a different config).
This article gives a good quick overview over whats possible without overdoing it.
ah i thought those were just shadows or artifacts because of the garbage image resolution.I do have red/green colorblindness tho, which messes with brown tones too, so that didn't help too lol. Thanks to all who answered!
Can someone explain it to me? I don't get it at all, but i'm not a native speaker, and i suspect that i identify the brownies? wrong.
The fun thing about the trackpads is that you can make them work like a menu for whatever buttons/hotkeys you want, so they are nice even if you don't play 3rd person games, and can also work like a mouse wheel; there is no limit on what you define there, so keep in mind that those aren't mere trackpads at all, just like on your steam deck!
Sleep deprivation leads to hallucinations like this.
I see a too early death in his 30s. it's called karoshi - death caused by overworking.
I never leave my home without headphones, but often i do not even have music on, just using active noise cancelling to reduce the outside sound. For me it's all too loud and hectic, too many people talking and cars driving. So even as i do as you do, it has more to do with reducing stimulation than increasing it.
He looks soo cute :-) I never had an orange cat, is it true that they all share a single braincell with each other?
Don't forget to deworm him, that might make his belly a bit smaller - i haven't heard of a stray that didn't have some intestinal parasites.
You had a crap therapist too if i may say so. I'm sorry that happened and happy that you are in a better place now!
I worked in costumer service for many years and was yelled at a lot, just like you. You know what my therapist said?
He said (paraphrased): "I can't understand how these people dare treat another human being like that. Your anger about what happened is completely justified. Lets work on what we can do to improve your situation."
We talked a lot about how to distance yourself from the situation while it happens, to not be afraid to tell people to stop yelling if that doesn't work, rationalizing fears related to job loss, healthy ways to express aggression to vent without hurting yourself. That's what a therapist should do, not tell you to grow a thicker hide (that is what will kill you in the long run if you are so detached from your feelings that you get completely overwhelmed if that fails even once).
I agree with @sugar_in_your_tea@sh.itjust.works that in the long run UBI will be needed to help with that - the way it goes currently means sooner or later there will be more people without jobs than with jobs, and if we don't want the guillotines to come up (we are well on the way to that, since it becomes more and more mainstream to openly talk about stuff like that), it will be necessary to ensure a worthwhile life for the people who are not needed in classic jobs to create value, so they can create whatever they want without fear.
