Please be careful and mindful of your safety as this will unfortunately cause an uptick of anti-trans hatred.

You could say that again. The transgender community is going to be screwed if the new Chicagoan pope decides to canonize the victims, Romanov-style.

There were several who weren't transgender.

The culprit's mother was the one who helped her change her name from her deadname. It appears that, at least in this case, she wasn't totally surrounded by haters.

towelhead

That's actually a slur people use? It sounds so cringey. It would be like if I called Colonel Sanders a chickenbutt.

I'm in the dark about the racism part. Did they discover she hated a certain group or something?

To me, in this context, death is death. Many people like to jump into talks about things like motives, identity, and so on. Side circumstances. But they're all just that, circumstances. All amoral details in a tragedy are equally amoral.

There were a few who weren't.

Explain it like I'm five. Why are the funds such a big deal? Paying lawyers doesn't make the lawyers better at their job to my knowledge, it just makes the lawyers better paid. For better or worse, I'm guessing the judge will be the one getting the last word.

Also, he's from a rich family, correct? Why not take from them?
