Looks good!
The only thing a bit out of perspective is the well. It can be fixed by making the oval of the opening of the well more narrow. (Smaller oval closer to the horizon, and wider the further away) And thereby making the half-oval (the bottom of the well) wider. Right now it looks like they are the same size.
Also add the word 'capitalism' in there. It's like I don't even get to finish saying the word before the people I'm talking to either zones out or start defending it with: "well there is no better alternative".
