Most nuanced take, clearly based upon a deep understanding of American culture and politics. We are all just bad people who love war and genocide. There isn’t one party that gave all the power to check the president away and let him do whatever he wants, and there aren’t protests with millions of people regularly happening because we all love it.

While we see a lot of pushback in online comments, I think the majority of gamers will love this kind of thing. I’m actually afraid it could do what CGI did to hand drawn animation and become the dominant aesthetic.

It happens in mobile browser only so ublock is not an option, at least on iphone. It’s also not even a pop up. It freezes while you’re scrolling like a paywall on a news site. Seems like desktop mode may help and there could be other workarounds, but it’s such an obnoxious move by Reddit that it will cause a mass exodus.

I lived a block away and got all my produce there for a couple years. It’s a trap if you’re a tacky tourist but locals end up getting good prices for superior products. Absolutely amazing and healthy lifestyle being car free down there.
