Good do it. My father died 2 years ago from alcohol related cancer it was fucking horrible.

If it saves even one person from going through that or watching their loved one go through it, it's worth it.

I've almost made it through day two completely sober. Just a few more hours. I'm 2 days with absolutely 0 alcohol, and 3 days with zero weed.

Starting to feel more human but at the same time pretty scared and dl fearful of the future.

Drank over the holidays and feeling very depressed about that. I had a few weeks of sobriety before that and then about 6 months before that.

The holidays just always seem to set me off with family and alcohol all around.

Had my last drink yesterday. Still very anxious and shameful today but ready to be back on the wagon.

I will not drink today.
