De hack (en de nasleep) is naar mijn mening niet t enigste probleem.

Odido had Tweak overgekocht, die het netwerk bij mn ouders buurt in beheer had. Tweak was top, maar toen moesten ze dus naar Odido. Man man man, wat een slechte service na de overstap. T begon al slecht met de monteur die niet kwam opdagen... Volgende plek was dagen later, terwijl ze dus al geen internet meer hadden. Gelukkig zelf kunnen doen uiteindelijk, maar man. En dan in het 1e jaar al zoveel storingen gehad... En de communicatie daarover is nog rampzaliger. Een klant moet een forum topic aanmaken voordat Odido er gaat over communiceren (alleen in die topic) ipv gewoon een fatsoenlijke status pagina. Dat was voor mij al genoeg reden om niet naar hen te gaan.

Na die hack, hoef ik ze al helemaal niet meer. Ja, elk bedrijf kan gehackt worden, maar Odido had t ze wel makkelijk gemaakt door bewaartermijnen aan hun laars te lappen en te veel rechten te geven aan personeel die dat niet nodig had. Ze zijn goedkoop, maar dat is ook te merken.

Het bizarre: Odido is geen nieuw bedrijf ofzo.

Yeah I wondered about that too. I left out the ones I didn't watch from my voting list, but that feels a little unfair

Total turnout this year (~25 votes) was down quite a bit compared to last year (~90 votes).

The private-message voting system was new, and I don't think it seems like it was popular.

Yeah, it wasn't great tbh. The whole markdown list was a bit tedious. Can't do it on a phone well either. But also, I find private messaging very unintuitive on Lemmy. I opened my laptop to fill it out, but it took a while before I even found the chat thing (in the notifications area apparently).

I found it interesting that Maomao absolutely ran away with the voting for best Voice Acting, but she didn't even make the nomination list for best character. In fact, Shisui received more nominations than Maomao for best character.

I think Maomao is great, but I think Shisui meant more for this season than Maomao did.

Nice! Only one I didn't watch on this list was CITY. I didn't care that much for Nichijou, so CITY didn't really catch my attention either

That's sad to hear. What he and his wife founded in KyoAni is a positive force in the anime industry that I wish more studios were like. I hope Hideaki Hatta's son will continue in this way.

They're stretching my suspension of disbelief quite a bit with how they're portraying jack the ripper.

That he was more of a concept and thus could be anything I quote liked, but becoming a literal demon and summoning hell seems a bit much.

Not sure if I'll watch. Loved the 1st 2 seasons and the movie, but when season 3 started, I lost interest for some reason. It didn't feel the same as before

Given how it came together at the end, I think it was very much on purpose.
