Compare also: the people who bitch about McDonald's, Walmart, Amazon, or similar, yet still spend money there. In many cases (not all), there's an option to spend elsewhere, yet folks still vote with their wallet to pay into the system that f***s them.

Capitalists don't care about our gripes. The only language they know is profit and money

Something I've been thinking about recently is how it seems that MOST national anthems celebrate a bloody war in some way, shape, or form, because that's pretty much what it always takes to escape from oppressors, is violent fighting back

Ever since I learned that pretty much all utilities are publicly-traded stocks on the stock market as for-profit companies that wealthy mfs talk about "diversifying their portfolio" with "in the energy sector" I've been so disturbed.

The idea that utilities are for-profit is just so f***ed up and deranged.

Bro totally reported a flipper to the tax/treasury office

This would be pretty awesome to see more folks doing.
Or, better yet, somehow if folks have time, writing code to alert when things like this happen.

Next up: getting city councils to stop approving tax abatements for developers to put ramshackle "5-over-1" units all over then moving out once the abatement ends and it's time to actually pay up...
