Can anyone explain to someone who doesn't get it? How can a platformer be this great? I'm obviously not a player who gravitates to platformers, but I'm just curious about all this attention.

Why men can't be taken seriously you mean? I don't know who this Carla Homolka person is, but if you had a post comparing every woman to their actions on the basis of their sex I'm pretty sure you would get women defending themselves in exactly the same way (assuming this person did something terrible from context).
I'm not sure how you don't see that using "you people" in this way is acceptable in generalizing any other group. There's definitely a pass, socially, when aiming those words at men. Ask yourself why that is.
Yeah, and I'm pretty sure both sides have been using them during the war.

Serious salad finger vibes. Love it!
Ironic, but not wrong.
Don't forget Michigan!!
Yeah, wrong thread somehow... not sure what happened
"But upon closer inspection, she discovered that the "trash" was actually a cache of artifacts that may have been used in fertility rituals more than 500 years ago."
Might not be far off. Sometimes that gutter mind pays off😄
Dude absolutely. I accidently got cornered by it so I couldn't progress till I beat trumpet dude due to how it would reload (assuming i'm thinking of the same guy). I probably fought that bastard 15 times before I beat it. I'll say I REALLY like the game. It's absolutely beautiful and i'm loving the slow release of the lore. Even the battles (that can be really frustrating) are great because you can get absolutely wrecked 10 times, but then get the timings down and absolutely dominate the bastard. It's really simple, but also real rewarding, I find.
Interesting. I wouldn't have pictured platformers as having this much exploration. Thanks for taking the time. I'll have to check it out.
