Not to be “that guy” but they left the solar system in 2012 and 2018, as in crossed the heliopause and the “wall of fire”.

Your point stands, but I thought you might be interested to know that :)

Here’s an article about it https://www.iflscience.com/nasas-voyager-spacecraft-found-a-30000-50000-kelvin-wall-at-the-edge-of-our-solar-system-81411

Yeah, there was another account, cosmicpancake, doing the same thing earlier in the day. I didn’t realize they were not the same account, so I overestimated the age even tho the account page said it was an hour old when I looked at it. Figured it was a federation bug.

Having seen an absolute gob of these comments, I’m inclined to agree. They all read largely the same way, there’s an awful lot of comments for being a 1 day account (easily rivaling some of the most prolific humans we’ve had), some of them make very little sense, and they are all top level with very very very few replies to anyone, but they still address other commenters in their top level comment which is super weird. They also only seem to comment on images. Or at least I haven’t seen any that didn’t.

There was another account, cosmicpancake, that was basically the same. I didn’t realize they were not the same account. That one was purged.

All those glorious transparent electronics

Cats also have them. You sometimes see them in the corner of their eye, or partially covering their eyes when they’ve just woken up or are sick or something. They are sort of a translucent milky white.

It’s because they evolved in desert conditions, from what I’ve read. They can see well enough through them but it protects against sand and stuff.

It’s when you put ice cream in your hope.

This is going to cause problems for them…

Don’t republican conventions and things of that sort tend to impact Grindr pretty heavily?

My favorite is in early spring, just after all the leaves come fully out but before they darken to their summer colors.

Driving/riding through dense woods on a still, sunny day (with the windows down, if in car) everything smells fresh and crisp, and the sun streams through the neon green leaves.

Magical renewal.

I like the first big night snow of the year when the sky turns pink from all the light pollution reflecting off the flakes.

I don’t like snow or winter though. :)

Silly, you have to phrase it the way new parents do.

Legalize abortion through 129 months.

Nobody thinks it’s fun.

Eh, I’ve worked in a few call centers and from what I’ve seen, they just constantly hire, training groups for various contracts are frequent, and people are pulled from closed contracts to fill in when people leave or are fired from ongoing contracts. They also tend to overhire for each training group because a lot of people will quit or not be good at it.

They CHURN, and they don’t give a fuck because everyone is going to burn out or move on in short order anyway. That’s just the nature of the job. If you don’t seem like a good fit quickly they won’t keep you around. Is all metrics.

They are horrible places to work. Often referred to as “employment of last resort” by employment services people around here.
