Last night was bad (far east side of toronto... like Durham Region). It was over 180 and not only could I smell the smoke from inside the house, but my eyes were burning, too.

Having flashbacks to the fires from a couple of years ago. We were nowhere near (these were the Quebec fires IIRC) but outdoor AQI was bad for weeks, regularly topping 300 and peaking at 4-500. Had everything closed up, AC and multiple HEPA purifiers running, and it was still awful indoors.

I recommend picking up a few MG SP-00-N kits specifically for testing paints etc.

I cannot confirm nor deny this, but the fact remains that Deloreans still exist today. And I do not recall ever hearing any stories about rust. Which, given its infamy, one would think would have been part of the lore by now if it was a thing.

I think there's something to the sitting idle angle. My launch joycons started getting drift 4-5 years ago. I did the usual clean out, then cut some plastic to put more pressure on the stick back plate and they were surprisingly fine. Two years ago I picked up an OLED, and my primary switch got very little handheld use after that.

Fast forward to a few weeks ago, when I grabbed my launch switch to upgrade the firmware and run some tests. The sticks were basically unusable. I have a couple sets of Hall effect sticks laying around, I guess now is as good a time as any to put them to use.

I grew up constantly surrounded by the latter and knew when I smelled the former that the adults were about to act like idiots. I think I'd rather lose my sense of smell than have to endure either consistently.

And just look at all those anchor babies.

My main is down, yo.

Yeah I did a wee bit of cheating and just started looking at kits on dalong, but I had only gotten through HGs before getting distracted. The HG Jegan caught my eye, but didn't match the proportions in the pic so I kept scrolling. The leg armor angles/flaring also scream Zaku/Gouf, so I was looking at Build kits as well.

Either way, it's always fun to play guess the pieces.

Not sure if I'm being whooshed here... but Reagan's VP went on to become president, whose son also became president after his other son, who was governor of a state, threw a wrench in that state's election machine to muddy the waters, leading to contested recounts, interrupted by a "mob," leading to the Supreme Court saying it's too dangerous to continue, and awarding said state's electoral votes to Reagan's VP's son, effectively handing him the presidency. The American people got two wars out of the deal and a veritable Who's Who list of Bush family associates whose names keep popping up suspiciously even to the present day.

Unless you're saying that Vance is just as knee-deep in the backstage corruption, in which case I agree, he's a dangerous slimeball.

The problem is that there are people behind the scenes goose-stepping on regardless.

The good news is that the mic is a piece of cake (relatively speaking, as someone who has tinkered with electronics before) to disconnect. Will it throw any errors/refuse to boot? Dunno, haven't seen that attempted yet.

Straight built with some minor touch up work and bog-standard panel lining. Old, old kit that I completed a few years ago. Really took me back.

Not mine, just sharing. That's some damn fine shot composition.

Posted as text due to thumbnail spoilers for endgame.

Side note: Do Not Press R.

The RG is an old build, and the NG is positively prehistoric. It's amazing how far the engineering has come in the past... math... years... uhhhhhhhh...

A few things in this one I hadn't seen yet. Spoilers (marked) for endgame at the end of the vid.

TotK speedrunner Player 5 goes over the differences in game versions in terms of glitch accessibility and usefulness. Kind of dry, but informative.

(If Monster Maze sounds familiar, it's because it's the same channel that did the excellent Bokoblin documentary.)
