Thank you for letting me know. I appreciate that π

Yes, when you hoover over it, it gets a sort of glass layer over it. I am aware, but that is beyond my control. Thank you for sharing this. I'll let the platform know. Moving the mouse out of the canvas and taking a step back is the best option.
It's okay. I am used to these responses. Especially 'cause it is new to a lot of people and it takes a bit of trying out to understand the virtual environment (which has its limitations by default)
Something to consider is like looking at a Rembrandt van Rijn painting. If you put your nose on it, you don't see a portrait but a lot of brush strokes. Same with these digital artworks. It is not drawn to the pixel as a pixel artist does. So zooming in will give distortions, no matter the used dpi.
Thank you so much π
Sorry you got disappointed. These are high resolution images. What device did you use?
I do plan to rotate artworks on a weekly basis π Yes, indeed. It is my second exhibition and it is a great way for artists to showcase their works.
Thank you for sharing your feedback. I'll assure to pass it along to the platform builders. I don't have these experiences myself, but understand it as the following:
- Select image seems to happen to quickly when you walk around
- The speed of walking around is too fast and results in getting disoriented.
You may want to try the ββββ arrows on your keyboard to move around. It takes a bit of training to get used to it, I agree.
If there is a stylistic fit with my artworks, I am always open to collaborations with other artists. Feel free to forward them π
Ah, that is already a big step. Hopefully someday all the puzzle pieces from Mastodon, Pixelfed, Bluesky and Lemmy will fit together.
You may see the Inktober drawings from my Pixelfed account or even BlueSky
Thank you for checking out π
Thank you for sharing. A bit too loud for me, but I understand where it comes from. It is a good thing to poor it all out π
The woman wading in the murky water appears a theme and it is hard to say if she is getting away from danger or preparing to attack. I like that duality in this depiction.
π Ghegheghe, I was there too, wrecking my Nike Air Max, haha π€ͺ Thank you!
I got to question whether or not it is a deal and how many times it needs to be written down, before it is actually a deal π Indeed, deal making is a form of art π

Nothing beats the physical experience of an oil painting π
Not sure what you mean with the art share community? Here on Lemmy? I am already grateful for all the attention I am getting π
