Great writeup! One key detail I think is important is that GGG's policy is 1 button push = 1 server side action or at least that's been my understanding.

From what I've gathered. She's white, blonde, and blue-eyed. The ad says, she has good "jeans" which, without the text, could be interpreted as "genes".

I would add that I don't want a "premium feel". I choose to hold this in my hand for hours and I don't want it to be heavy. If I could have a modern mid-tier phone that was in a nexus 5x body I'd be so happy.

I have to tell myself constantly that progress made is still made. I want to hear about the magic, the misses, and the "I used my ultrasonic cleaner on my snowblower's carburetor and now it shoots a pinhole amount of gas out of the side" moments!

IANAL, but I don't think he's claiming he doesn't own the business, but that the "offers for sale a variety of products and services designed to circumvent and bypass Nintendo's TPMs" is wrong. The only argument I can see at this point is "The TPM ceases to be Nintendo's after the customer purchases it". I have no idea if that's his angle or if it's a solid argument.
